When will my order ship? While we strive to get orders out as quickly as possible, items are typically shipped in 2-3 business days. When will my order arrive? In-stock orders are typically delivered within 7 to 8 business days of placing your order but could take longer. This does not include weekends. Regardless of when your orders ships, your credit card will be charged in full at the moment you place the order.
Customers will pay their own taxes when applicable by law within the USA. For international orders customers are responsible for paying any taxes, duties or fees imposed by their country of residence. These fees are not included in your shipping cost.

If you have a damaged or incorrect item, please refer to our return and cancellation policy, then e-mail us a description of what is wrong with the item(s) and whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund. Please include your order number.

Please note original processing/shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns should be accompanied by a packing list. Please note if you exchange an item, we pay for any and all returns and you pay only for merchandise shipped to you.

Once an item has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Shipment refusal for reasons other than damage, defect, or mis-shipment may result in a 25% refusal penalty fee. Once a returned item has been received at our shipping point, it will take seven to ten business days to receive your refund. Refunds are done in USD currency. If you are making an international order, the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates.
